THE TEAM COACHING process begins with the completion of a TEAM DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT - a tool which measures the team's perception of the conditions that impact team's POSITIVITY and PRODUCTIVITY.

The assessment is built on the assumption that the team is a system. The coach creates a safe space where the members feel confident to explore with curiosity their system, and the human interrelationships that comprise this system. The anonymous data from the assessment is shared with the team and used to engender constructive interaction that is the beginning of an ongoing process for the team.

Groups often come together to work on issues of common interest, rather than working regularly as a team e.g. forums, committees, humanitarian groups, boards, wider project teams. They may be made up of people from diverse cultures, with differing values systems and ways of operating. A relatively small amount of time invested in a group coaching intervention will give the members a mode of constructive interaction that will greatly enhance positivity & productivity, resulting in a higher level of satisfaction.
